Since the Communist takeover in the 1950s, the authoritarian regime in North Korea has been ruthlessly destroying every sign of Christianity. Christian churches, literature, and symbols have been burned and destroyed.
In this book, we lay out for the first time the structure of the underground house church, how it has survived, and, more importantly how it is growing! We share details about secret projects that have been completed and have since been unclassified and reveal how we were able to get Bibles into a country where the mere possession of a Bible could bring a death sentence.
The church in North Korea has not died. On the contrary, it has survived and is thriving. Behind the concrete fortress is a powerful body of believers that the world has never heard of. Their stories and testimonies of perseverance and faith will shock you to your core and teach lessons that will not soon be forgotten.
